The Mileage Module of TCSW includes a grid for Imported Mileage, Current Year Mileage and Mileage History. Rail car mileage data can be imported from a variety of sources. The base Mileage system includes an import for AAR data received on diskette from Manufacturers Railway Services. Other import specifications created by Data Control and Management include:

Chicago Freight Car
GE Railcar
Southern Illinois Railcar
Trinity Industries
Mileage data can also be imported from spreadsheet files, mainframe files or any source or company that can provide a simple ASCII file. The basic Mileage form showing AAR data provides a wealth of information, as the sample below will illustrate:
